Go to More → Import from CSV. The app supports CSV files with Date, Time, Value, Type, Exercised, and Notes columns. See the full import guide for format details and examples.
No. All your health data is stored locally on your device and synced via iCloud to your other Apple devices. We do not have servers that store your personal information. When you use AI features, only the query text is sent for processing — no personal identifiers.
AI recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not replace medical advice. The AI provides general guidance based on nutritional science and your logged data, but every person's diabetes is different. Always consult your healthcare provider.
Go to Profile & Settings → scroll to the bottom → "Reset All Data". This permanently deletes all your health data from the device. You can also simply delete the app.
Go to More → Export Data. You can generate a PDF health report or export your sugar readings as a CSV file. Both can be shared via email, AirDrop, or saved to Files.
Make sure you've granted location permission to Glyca in Settings → Privacy → Location Services. You can also manually set your location by zip code using the "Change" button on the Menu Finder screen.
