1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Fyntra ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is developed and operated by Consulen LLC ("we", "our", "us").

2. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: Fyntra is an informational tool only. It is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The App provides:

• Automated scoring based on publicly available financial data
• Technical indicators and calculations
• Educational stock analysis tools

Nothing in this App constitutes financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any kind. All investment decisions are yours alone. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

3. No Warranty on Data Accuracy

Market data displayed in the App is sourced from third-party providers (Financial Modeling Prep, Alpha Vantage, Polygon.io). While we strive for accuracy:

• Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete.
• Scores and recommendations are algorithmically generated and may contain errors.
• Support/resistance levels are calculated estimates, not guarantees.
• We are not liable for trading losses based on data shown in the App.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Fyntra offers a free tier and optional Pro subscription ($2.99/month).
• Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App to manipulate markets or engage in illegal trading activity.
• Redistribute market data obtained through the App.
• Attempt to access our backend systems beyond the App's intended functionality.
• Use automated scripts to query our API endpoints excessively.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its scoring algorithms, user interface design, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Consulen LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Consulen LLC shall not be liable for any investment losses, trading losses, or financial damages arising from use of the App.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for data outages, incorrect scores, or system downtime.

8. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE.

9. Account Deletion

Fyntra does not require account creation. All data is stored locally on your device. To delete all data, uninstall the App or use Settings → Clear All Data within the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monmouth County, New Jersey.
