By downloading, installing, or using 3 of Spades ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. The App is developed and operated by Consulen LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
3 of Spades is a digital card game application that allows users to play a strategic trick-taking card game against AI opponents (solo mode) or other players (online multiplayer mode). The game is for entertainment purposes only and does not involve real money gambling.
The App is available to users of all ages (rated 4+). Users under 13 may use the App but cannot create accounts for online multiplayer without parental consent as required by COPPA. Guest mode (offline play) is available without an account.
When using the App, you agree NOT to:
The App, including its design, code, graphics, animations, sounds, and game mechanics, is the intellectual property of Consulen LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consulen LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you should stop using the App and delete your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monmouth County, New Jersey.
