By downloading, installing, or using Tanni ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Tanni is a free-to-play card game application for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. The App provides single-player gameplay against AI opponents. The App is ad-supported via Google AdMob.
The App is rated 4+ and is available to users of all ages. No account creation is required. By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms, or that a parent or guardian has agreed on your behalf.
Consulen LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept the display of advertisements. Ad content is provided by third parties, and Consulen LLC does not endorse or guarantee any advertised products or services.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to the game design, artwork, code, and brand name "Tanni," are owned by Consulen LLC. The game rules are based on traditional card game mechanics and are not claimed as exclusive intellectual property.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CONSULEN LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONSULEN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $10 USD.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may terminate by deleting the App from your device.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
